When I turned 43, my energy seemed to disappear overnight and I was struggling with strange symptoms that turned out to be a combination of burnt out adrenals and perimenopause.
After 5 years of exploring and experimenting, I discovered how to overcome burn out and take charge of perimenopause.
I turned it into an opportunity to listen to my intuition and create my own path to freedom and fulfilment. It was the beginning of doing business and life in a way that felt aligned for me.
