HWB 52: How to align your week with your energy flow so you can be productive without burning out.

Do you feel guilty because you don’t feel energised first thing on Monday morning?

You’re not alone. That was me too. This episode is your permission slip to plan your week so it feels in flow with your energy and let go of the productivity guilt.

Today I’m sharing my experiment of planning my week inspired by astrology and the planetary energies. I can already tell you that it’s life-changing.

By being mindful of how your energy works best and planning each day to suit, you’ll actually be far more productive and overcome the risk of burn out.

We’re all unique so how you feel on each day can change depending on what else is going on for you right now. Think of this as a flexible structure and tune into your intuition to notice what feels right for you. Allow yourself the flexibility to experiment and change your days around if you need to.

Monday: Moon (choosing my focus, creative work, doing what I feel like)
Tuesday: Mars (my week officially starts, productivity day)
Wednesday: Mercury (sharing ideas, meetings, connection, recording, writing)
Thursday: Jupiter (connection and productivity)
Friday: Venus (my day off for whatever I feel like doing outside my business)
Saturday: Saturn (get things done in a flexible way: life, business, time for fun)
Sunday: Sun (what makes my soul happy: fulfilling, inspiring, relaxing activities)


Start noticing if there are patterns that show up for you on each day of the week.
Which days do you feel most energised and are there specific tasks or activities that feel easier on particular days?

For example, I changed my podcast recording day from Monday to Wednesday and it was life-changing. The ideas flowed freely and I could record several episodes. It often felt like a struggle on a Monday.
